The Thorpeness Wreck (recently found)

You have maybe read or heard about the wreck that has become visible on Thorpeness beach — if not, you can read a recent EADT article about it here.  Nicholas Mellor makes digital reproductions of ancient sites, and he has got an eminent group together to talk online about —

— What kind of ship it might have been?
— How is emerging technology transforming how we can document the appearance of such
                         wrecks and find others?

— What does it tell us about the past and the future of this coast?
— Might there be more revelations?
— What else might be out there?

He is hosting an online event Thursday 4th March at 6pm on "The Mystery of the Thorpeness Wreck — What might it have been: warship, cargo ship or fishing boat? — What stories might it represent?".    You can book FREE tickets for it at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/recent-storms-scoured-the-suffolk-coast-revealing-a-shipwreck-tickets-131205891353

Nicholas runs a company, 4DHeritage , making digital reproductions of ancient sites, such as in Syria.
