2024 AGM

The 2024 AGM takes place on
Monday, 15th April at 2:30pm.

  
Copies of the Agenda, Proxy Voting Form, Minutes of the previous AGM (of 17th April 2023)
and the signed-off 2023 AVSFHG Receipts & Payments Account were
circulated to Members (mostly by email) on 21st March.

Also, just a gentle reminder that,
if you haven’t already renewed your membership,
please do this by 31st March.

As in 2023, the AGM will not be available over Zoom, but only in person,
and will be held at our usual venue, Saxmundham's Fromus Centre (details above right).
Non-member "visitors" are welcome to attend, though are unable to vote.
