2023 AGM

Copies of the Agenda, Proxy Voting Form, Minutes of the previous AGM (on 25th April 2022) 
and the signed-off 2022 AVSFHG Receipts & Payments Account were each 
circulated to Members on/around 25th March, with (for Zoom attendees) joining instructions. 

Following our 2021 AGM held only over Zoom, and in 2022 only in person, 
this will be our first "hybrid" AGM — with the choice of either.  
Only paid-up members may attend this meeting remotely over Zoom.

DUE TO LACK OF APPLICANTS, THE AGM WILL NOT NOW BE AVAILABLE ON ZOOM.

Non-member "visitors" are welcome to attend in person, though are unable to vote.  
This year's AGM is at our new venue, Saxmundham's Fromus Centre (details above right). 

We will also hold a short celebration of the Group's 15th birthday, with light refreshments and cake.
